What does Spot2Nite cost me?
To participate on the Spot2Nite marketplace, connected properties must offer a minimum 10% discount on nightly rates and agree to a 2.5% transaction fee on bookings made through the platform. You may choose between transaction-based billing or monthly invoicing for these fees.
How do I get paid for reservations booked on Spot2Nite?
Depending on your PMS, the total amount due for your reservations is either available immediately via a prefunded virtual credit card or paid out on day of check-in and deposited directly to your bank account within 1-2 business days.
Do I have to manage my inventory on Spot2Nite?
No! Spot2Nite dynamically aggregates your real-time inventory directly from your integrated PMS. Once a reservation is booked, your inventory is immediately adjusted. No need to worry about double bookings.
